A sad event happened to the widows at Joppa; their benefactor whose name was Dorcas died. They heard that Peter was in Lydda, a town about ten to twelve miles away from them, so they dispatched people to go and bring him down. I believe they didn’t send for him to come and console them but to raise the dead woman back to life. Prior to this time, none of the Apostles had raised the dead but had performed notable miracles, but the people just refused to give up.
When Peter arrived V40-42 “But Peter put them all out, and knelt down and prayed. And turning to the body he said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter she sat up. Then he gave her his hand and lifted her up; and when he had called the saints and widows, he presented her alive. And it became known throughout all Joppa, and many believed on the Lord”. Dorcas was brought back to life because some people refused to give up.
What is that situation that you have concluded is over? Maybe it is certified dead like the case of Dorcas, refuse to give up even if you have given up before. Fight! If need be, involve prayer partners in the issue, let your Pastor pray over the situation. Do not give up until the situation is reversed and so shall it be in Jesus name.

Prayer point: By the power of the Holy Ghost, I reverse every irreversible (mention them) in Jesus name.
